If any specifications require clarification, we will contact you by WhatsApp or email before preparing the proforma. Our goal is to provide you with a complete, accurate document on the first submission — not a back-and-forth of incomplete information.
After proforma approval and payment confirmation, we commence production within 48 hours. You receive regular production updates by WhatsApp. Pre-shipment photos are provided before the container is sealed. Full documentation is dispatched within 5 working days of container departure.
After receiving your enquiry, we will send a proforma invoice within 24 hours for standard varieties and specifications. The proforma specifies everything: stone variety, finish, thickness, dimensions, quantity, unit price, total value, packing specification, loading port, Incoterm, payment terms, and estimated production and ship date.
If anything in the proforma does not match your requirements — a dimension, a finish specification, a quantity — flag it before you confirm the order, not after production has begun. Changing specifications mid-production is expensive and causes delays.
Once your order is confirmed and advance payment received, we provide production updates at key milestones. When cutting is complete, we send photographs of the slabs before polishing. When polishing is complete, we send the gloss meter readings and a final set of photographs. When the container is packed and ready to seal, we send photographs of the loaded container for your review.
Full documentation — original Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Gloss Meter Certificate and ISPM 15 Certificate — is prepared and dispatched by courier within five working days of container departure.

Production typically takes three to five weeks from order confirmation. Shipping to UK/Europe takes twenty to twenty-five days; US East Coast twenty-five to thirty days; Australia thirty to forty days.
Yes, in some cases. Mixed containers work well when stone varieties can be produced and packed on the same timeline. Ask us — we will assess the feasibility for your specific combination.
We provide pre-shipment photographs before the container is sealed. If a quality issue arises despite this, our directors handle it directly and personally — we do not use a customer service team as a buffer.
