An enquiry that says "price for Absolute Black" will receive a response, but one that says "price for Absolute Black 3cm polished gangsaw slabs, approximately 400 sqm, CIF Felixstowe" will receive a proforma invoice rather than a general price indication.
For memorial and monument enquiries: include the stone variety, finish, thickness required, whether you need cut-to-size blanks or full slabs, typical headstone sizes if cut-to-size, and your destination country. For countertop and kitchen stone: variety, thickness, approximate square meterage and destination port.
We send free polished samples to qualified importers worldwide. Samples are typically 20×20cm or 30×30cm pieces in your specified finish, cut from current production stock. They arrive by international courier — usually within seven to fourteen working days for European destinations.
If you need samples in a specific thickness for a memorial application — for example, a 4cm polished headstone blank — please specify this and we will cut samples accordingly. Samples are provided free of charge with no obligation.
Our standard payment terms for new customers are 30% with order confirmation and 70% against copy of the Bill of Lading transmitted by email. We also accept Letters of Credit (LC) at sight from approved banks.
For established customers with a track record of consistent orders, extended payment terms may be available at the directors' discretion. We are a relationship-oriented business and we accommodate the needs of long-term partners where we reasonably can.
We welcome buyer visits to the Dulam Rocks manufacturing unit in Khammam, Telangana. A factory visit is the most efficient way to assess a supplier — you can see the production equipment, observe the quality control process, examine the current production stock and meet the people who will be managing your orders.
To arrange a visit, contact us at least two weeks in advance. Hyderabad is the nearest major airport, approximately three hours from our facility. Most buyers combine a facility visit with quarry visits to the Telangana granite belt, which we can facilitate through our quarry relationships.

Yes. We ship free polished granite samples to qualified importers worldwide. Please provide your full company name, address, phone number and courier account number when requesting samples. We can also use our own courier with the cost credited against your first order.
Our standard minimum order is one 20ft FCL. For certain high-value or rare granite varieties, LCL shipments may be accommodated — please enquire. Mixed container loads combining multiple granite varieties are available on request with standard lead times.
