Sri Lakshmi Dulam is the Managing Director and co-founder of Naturaw Stones Pvt. Ltd. — one of India's most respected premium granite exporters, headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana. Her journey into the stone industry was not a career choice — it was a calling shaped by a lifetime of growing up within a family deeply embedded in India's natural stone trade.
Naturaw Stones Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Dulam Rocks Pvt. Ltd., whose manufacturing unit is located in Khammam, Telangana. Both companies are promoted by the Dulam family, with shared quarry relationships and processing expertise across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
From childhood, Sri Lakshmi was immersed in the language of stone — learning to read granite quality, understand quarry dynamics and appreciate the craftsmanship behind every polished slab. Rather than simply inheriting this knowledge, she chose to elevate it. Recognising that global stone export demanded a sophisticated business approach, she pursued an MBA — equipping herself with world-class understanding of international trade, business strategy and market dynamics.
In 2020, Sri Lakshmi stepped into active business operations — bringing together her generational stone expertise and MBA-sharpened business acumen to co-build Naturaw Stones from the ground up. In just a few years, she has helped grow the company into a trusted supplier to importers, monument fabricators and stone distributors across 15+ countries in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Like Sri Lakshmi, Harish grew up in a family rooted in India's stone industry. But what sets him apart is the depth of his operational experience — Harish actively operated black granite quarries in Telangana before co-founding Naturaw Stones. He knows what makes a block worth buying, what makes a quarry worth trusting, and what makes a slab worth exporting — not from a textbook, but from years of standing at the rock face and making those decisions himself.
