Witness how raw granite is transformed into world-class stone products — through precision machinery, rigorous quality control, and expert export packing.
At Naturaw Stones, we control the full journey — from selecting blocks at the quarry face to sealing the container for shipment. Directors personally oversee key stages to guarantee every order meets international standards without compromise.
Every granite order passes through seven precision-controlled stages. Here is exactly what happens to your stone — from the moment it is extracted from the earth to the moment it is sealed in a container bound for your destination port.
The journey begins deep in India's granite belts — Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu. Using controlled diamond wire saws and precision drilling, massive granite blocks are carefully separated from the mountain face. Our directors personally visit quarries to hand-select every block.
Raw blocks arrive at the processing yard where they are measured, trimmed, and graded for quality. Rough surfaces are dressed to fully reveal the true colour and character of the stone. Blocks are sorted by colour consistency, grain structure, and dimensions before cutting begins.
The graded block enters our 70-Wire Multiwire Machine — one of the most advanced block-cutting machines in the granite industry. Equipped with 70 diamond-coated steel wires running at high speed simultaneously, it slices an entire granite block into uniform slabs in a single automated cycle. Unlike older gang saws, the 70-wire multiwire delivers exceptional slab flatness, minimal kerf waste, and precise thickness control across a wide range — making it ideal for both standard and custom slab orders.
Cut slabs pass through automated polishing and finishing lines. A sequence of abrasive heads — from coarse grinding to ultra-fine buffing — creates the required surface finish. All finishes are available and are tailored precisely to each customer's order specification.
Every finished slab is personally inspected by our directors before it is approved for packing. This is Naturaw Stones' defining commitment — no shortcuts, no delegation. Human eyes and 15+ years of experience ensure zero defective slabs leave our facility. Rejected pieces are never shipped.
Approved slabs are carefully packed into purpose-built sea-worthy wooden crates and export boxes. Each crate is engineered to withstand ocean freight — protecting stone from moisture, vibration, and mechanical shock. Foam inter-leaf padding between every slab prevents surface scratching and edge chipping in transit.
Packed slab bundles are loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers using C-Clamp lifting equipment — the industry-standard method for safe, damage-free loading of granite bundles. C-Clamps grip the bundle securely without surface contact, preventing any edge damage during the lift and container stuffing process. Full export documentation is prepared for customs clearance at your destination.
Our processing facilities run precision industrial machinery built for granite — delivering speed, accuracy, and consistency from raw block to finished slab.
Quality at Naturaw Stones is built into every stage — not checked at the end. Our directors' personal involvement is our most powerful quality control mechanism.
The final stage — loading your order using C-Clamp equipment into a sealed container bound for your port, with full FOB or CIF documentation.
